KRISTI MATERNITY SESSION | WASHINGTON OAKS GARDEN STATE PARK, PALM COAST, FLORIDA

We usually don't blog maternity shoots but this one was just TOO magical & fairytale-like not to share with you all. 

Kristi & Mike are anxiously expecting their first baby! Sweet baby boy should be making his appearance at the end of April. 

Kristi looked stunning in her white gown & floral crown. I absolutely loved the excitement and energy she brought with her, she was up for anything! We walked around the garden for an hour, climbed over rocks & she even got into the water on a windy 67 degree evening. Not one complaint. I adore you, Kristi. You are fearless, beautiful, strong, fierce, & inspiring. I KNOW you’ll be an incredible Mama!  And Mike, you're going to be an excellent dad, your son will want to be just like you! I can't wait to meet him and watch him grow!

This dreamy maternity session was taken at Washington Oaks Garden State Park in Palm Coast, Florida. If you live in Jacksonville, it’s totally worth the drive (about an hour drive)! There’s two sides to the park. The garden side looks like a fairy-tale; it’s incredibly breathtaking! The garden is extremely well kept. There are so many trees and plants that I've never seen before. Every turn has something unique & pretty. You could easily spend an entire day there. And the best part is, the majority of the park is shaded.

And THE BEACH! The beach has these gorgeous rock formations that get covered by water during high tide. It kinda reminds me of the beaches in San Diego. They add so much contrast & texture to beach pictures! There’s definitely no other beach near Jacksonville like it!  Check out the desert looking area at the end. Yeah, that’s just the other side of the parking lot.
