St.Augustine Engagement Session | Chase + Deanna

We have another beautiful engagement session to share with you today. Deanna + Chase are a couple that had to unfortunately postpone their wedding in Spring due to Covid-19.

So when I say we are excited for this weekend, I mean we are EXCITED for this weekend!!! Deanna + Chase have been so patient throughout this process, they deserve to have their BEST DAY EVER!

Deanna + Chase have one of my favorite proposal stories.

“ Chase's sister, Holly, is a photographer so Chase suggested having her take our family photos.

Family photos were finished and it was time to take some of Chase, me and Caden (Chase’s son). After snapping a few photos of the three of us together, Holly instructed Chase and Caden to step back a little bit so that she could "get a few photos with me in focus and the boys in the background.”

After snapping a few pictures, I heard Caden call my name. When I turned around I saw Chase on one knee, with a small box in hand and Caden standing beside him grinning from ear to ear. “

I mean how perfect is that?!?! I absolutely love that Caden got to be a part of it so when it was time for their engagement session, we knew he had to join in as well!! We started the session by Lightner Museum in St. Augustine. We were able to capture some beautiful moments before the daily Floridian thunderstorm started. You can see the rain in the last few pictures.

Im going to end this with something Deanna said to me about her future husband which is something we all deserve and crave:
