Hey friends, I’ve got another amazing love story to share with you. April + Ben’s story is where love and adventure go hand in hand. It's amazing how technology can bring two souls together, isn't it? They swiped right and soon found themselves engaged in conversations that were as intriguing as they were genuine.
Sitting there, across from each other, the scent of delicious ramen wafting through the air, they started talking. Work, family, dreams – nothing was off-limits in their conversation. It was like they had known each other forever.
Their first six dates were pure excitement. Each one was a new experience, a new chance to explore life together. But it was their sixth date that's etched in their memory—a date that took them to the top of the St. Augustine lighthouse.
Over the year that followed, they continued to make memories, trying new things and drawing closer together. It was during this time that Ben decided to take a big step. On their one-year anniversary, September 16th, he chose the iconic St. Augustine lighthouse as the backdrop for a life-changing moment. With a beautiful pink ring designed with the help of April’s best friend's family's jewelry store, Ben asked April to be his forever. And guess what? Their wedding date will also be September 16!! and yes, you read that right, April’s ring is PINK!!! You gotta see it!
Their journey of love and adventure had only just begun. They discovered the simple joys of taking leisurely walks together and riding their bikes to discover new breweries – the thrill of the unknown became their shared passion.
It's amazing to see how love and adventure have woven together to create a beautiful life filled with unforgettable moments. From their first date, to the heights of the St. Augustine lighthouse and beyond, Ben and April have embraced the unknown together, hand in hand.

April + Ben wanted to capture their love + adventurous journey as an engaged couple with the mesmerizing glow of the "Nights of Lights." It was like something straight out of a fairy tale, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful backdrop for their engagement session. St. Augustine is always pretty darn picturesque, but during the holiday season, it turns into a magical wonderland with millions of twinkling lights.
We started their session at National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios and then we explored the charming alleys of St Augustine.Hand in hand, they strolled along the illuminated streets, each corner filled with romantic lights.
