COLLABORATION WITH BLOSSOM BY ANGELINA

My long time friend Angelina, reached out to me and told me she was starting a fashion, makeup, lifestyle blog and the first thing that came to mind was "How can i help?!?"

I love seeing people chase their dreams, doing what makes them happy. If you know Angelina, you know she's a fashionista and has been an expert with makeup for a while now.

I offered to take some fashion pictures for her blog. Angelina took me up on my offer and came to Downtown Jacksonville to get some pictures. She prepared 3 super cute outfits! Im going to be honest with you, one of the outfits, i would never have thought to pair together!!! All of the outfits looked so great on her and are all extremely affordable (You can find direct links to all of her pieces in her blogs).

The first outfit was this chic & fancy little white dress. She easily went from dress to fancy dress by paring the heels and her purse. it's that simple! I feel like this look is a must And doesn't she just look fabulous in that hat?!? You can find her blog here with all the details and links.

The next outfit was the outfit that I, personally, would not have paired together. I wouldn't have thought they would compliment each other so well. I'm always so hesitate to pair florals with anything but solids! i'll admit, i'm a sissy when it comes to fashion but this girl, she rocked it. She owned this outfit! Let's take a second to talk about the heels. I love them but, again, i wouldn't know what to wear them with. i feel like they were made for this outfit! Oh and i learned something new, i would have just called the pants checkered, apparently they are called gingham. well now you know too. Here's the link to Angelina's blog about this bold yet elegant look.

And last but certainly not least, my favorite outfit. It's actually quite funny that this is the blouse she decided to wear because just that morning i was telling a co-worker that noone looks good in orange. haha that's what i get. Cause guess what... Angelina looks fabulous in this orange blouse. i think it's just in my head that orange is not an appealing color, because it very much is. Here's the link to Angelina's blog of this retro look.

And just because you read the entire blog, here's a short behind the scenes videos for ya. Can you tell we had fun?!?

Angelina- thank you for spending your evening with me and looking so fabulous. You have encouraged me to go outside of my usual look. i wish i could just take you to the store with me every time. for you to tell me what looks good on me and what shoes to pair with my outfits. but since thats not possible, with you having 3 kids of your own and all, ill just buy the things you buy =) keep posting my dear!
