MOTHER + SON PHOTOSHOOT

I dont know why, but it never crossed my mind to do a mother + son photoshoot with matching outfits but boy am I glad we did!! i guess i thought that was more for mother + daughters but i might be biased here, but this is such a cute photoshoot and i think we'll be doing it every year from now on. Before i know it, he'll be taller than me!!! little side note, he grew and inch in 2 months! this boy is growing so fast and i love being his mom!

We wanted the shoot to be fun and artistic. We started at the Kings Ave skyway station. We've never rode it before so we wanted to check it out. Guys, its pretty cool! i wish it was connected to more places but its totally an awesome way to commute downtown! And did you notice the pay phone on the wall, might be the last on in jax!

I was impressed at how quickly the skyway got us over to Hemming Park. Kai definitely enjoyed the ride, he just stared out the window. the nicest part was that it was air conditioned inside the tram! we got to cool down since it was so hot & humid outside.  kai's poses!! hes such a cutie, ahhh!! love this boy so much!!

We decided to end the shoot on top of a parking garage before it started storming again. Right now in jacksonville, we are having daily down pours during the day and in the evenings. we made it just in time! And kai got to finish off the shoot with a lollipop from Sweet Pete's.
