Caitlin and Jack’s love story began in undergrad, where a shared passion brought them together before they realized they were meant to be. These two first met in their exercise science program but it wasn’t until they ended up living in the same apartment complex that they really got to know each other—and from there, everything just clicked.

Their journey took them to Tampa, where they tackled the USF Doctor of Physical Therapy Program together. If surviving grad school as a couple isn’t proof of a rock-solid relationship, we don’t know what is! They supported each other through the late-night study sessions, tough exams, and everything in between, and their bond only grew stronger.

Then came graduation day, a milestone that was already emotional enough. But Jack had something even bigger planned. He got down on one knee and asked Caitlin to be his forever. Of course, she said yes!

Beyond their love for each other, these two share a love for adventure—whether it’s a competitive game of pickleball, a peaceful hike, or a relaxing day at the beach. And let’s not forget their sweet pup, Rex, who keeps life even more fun.

Spending time with Caitlin and Jack for their engagement session was nothing short of amazing. We met at Washington Oaks State Garden, where the afternoon light filtered through the trees, creating the dreamiest glow around them. These two are so sweet together—always laughing, always sneaking little looks at each other that make it clear just how in love they are.

And we can’t forget about their adorable pup, Rex! He joined us for the session, making their little family feel even more complete. He trotted around proudly, soaking up all the love and attention (and maybe a few treats!), and it was easy to see how much he means to them.

After wandering through the gardens, we wrapped up the evening at the beach just in time for the sunset. With the waves rolling in and the sky turning into cotton candy shades, Caitlin and Jack embraced, laughed, and just soaked in the moments together.

Everything felt effortless—just two people completely at home with each other.
